Determination of the effect of educational intervention based on Mapping approach on capabilities of community health workers related to health education and communication in Torbat Heydariyeh University Of Medical Science

Randomized control trial with control group, with parallel group, one blind and non-random
Settings and conduct
This study will be carried out among the health care providers of Torbat-e-Heidarieh University of Medical Sciences, so that the intervention of health education will be designed and implemented based on the design of the mapping approach. This study will use the intervention mapping approach, so the number of training sessions and educational methods are determined during the design of the study.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Being employed in health services (home health)
having informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria:
Lack of satisfaction to continue to study, lack of willingness to take part in the final exam, more than two absentee sessions in training sessions, those who have not left their service for less than 8 months, and those who do not have access to the Internet at their place of work , The use of long-term leave such as maternity leave
Intervention groups
The intervention group includes community health workers in Torbat Heidariyeh which receive educational intervention.
The control group consisted of community health workers in Zaweh and Mahvolat counties that do not receive educational intervention.

Behvarz Educational Behavior Score in the Questionnaire
Timepoint
In this study, Behvarzes' educational behavior was measured before intervention and six months after intervention.
