Comparison of endometrial thickness in the freeze embryo transfer (ET) with and without the use of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH-a) along with taking estradiol
Design
This study is a non-blinded clinical trial. The study population will be included all infertile women referred to Motazedi hospital of Kermanshah city. A total of 65 eligible infertile women will be selected conveniently and randomly will be assigned to intervention and control groups.
Settings and conduct
This study which will be conducted in Motazedi hospital of Kermanshah city is non-blinded one. The day before progesterone begins, the thickness of the endometrium is done and is recorded in a checklist
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Less than or equal to 42 years old; Less than 10 mL / mIU of FSH level.
Exclusion criteria: Patients with asthma, systemic diseases, gastrointestinal disorders
Intervention groups
The intervention group will receive 0.1 mg Gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonists(GNRH-a) manufactured by Iran Hormones and OC tablets (with the 21 tablets per packs, manufactured by Iran Hormones)in addition to estradiol tablets.
The control group only will receive estradiol.
