Settings and conduct

The statistical community including 100 women employed in Arak University of medical sciences, who were randomly assigned to the Integrated Grand prophet's(PBUH) complex as the intervention group and the headquarters as the control group. Then, by lottery method, people are selected for intervention and control group. After completing the social health questionnaire, the samples are entered into the study. the intervention group, the educational content is based on social health variables including social cohesion, social acceptance, social prosperity, social participation and social adaptation is presented virtually and through the web and At the end of the period of three months after the interval, keys social health questionnaire completed by the samples and The training content given to the intervention group is also given to the control group.

Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Official and contract staff, At least one year of service history, Not having severe physical or mental problems
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study, the personnel subject to the law of service are not included in the study

Intervention groups

1-(Intervention group) : Providing training according to educational curricula for two months, three training materials per week by the researcher. 2-(Control group) During the study, they receive no training.
