Determining the Effect of Using the Standard Checklist on Nursing Clinical Delivery Status in Cardiac Care Units of Afshar Hospital in Yazd Determining the Effect of Using the Standard Checklist on Nurses' Satisfaction with Clinical Delivery in Cardiac Care Units of Afshar Hospital in Yazd
Design
In this quasi-experimental clinical trial, a group design was done before and after, 24 nurses working in two parts of the cardiac care unit will be included in the census (non-random) method.
Settings and conduct
At first, the goals and objectives of the project were explained, and the informed consent of the nurses was completed and the nurses' demographic information questionnaire was completed. Then, all clinical deliveries were performed for one week (shifts of morning, evening, night) and after discharging Recorded files were evaluated with a standard checklist. In the next step, the nurses became familiar with how to use the checklist during an introductory session. The ISBAR list was available to nurses in order to be able to deliver the shifts to the nursing staff after the shift. For one week, nurses questioned how to use the ISBAR checklist. At the third stage, clinical delivery, pediatric and clinical delivery were compared for the first week. The nurses 'satisfaction questionnaire was used to assess nurses' satisfaction with clinical delivery. The questionnaire was completed by nurses before and after the intervention

All nurses working in two cardiac care units of Afshar Hospital
Intervention groups
Includes all nurses involved in heart special care in clinical delivery
Main outcome variables
The expected outcome of this study is the changes in the clinical delivery status of nurses and the satisfaction of nurses in cardiac care units through the use of the ISBAR checklist.

Description
Intervention group: nurses in intensive care heart hospital Afshar. After Azjlb consent of the head of the relevant authorities of each shift and obtaining informed consent from nurses to record their voices on delivery shifts and completing a demographic questionnaire all deliveries clinical for a week (shift of the morning-afternoon-night) were confiscated and nurses how to utilize Czech list for half an hour acquainted and to make possible the participation of all nurses orientation in two A separate day was held and the ISBAR standard checklist framework was made available when shifts were delivered Nursing delivery were based on the patient to the nursing shift after delivery for a week to offer nurses on how to use Czech standard list ISBAR answered, after applying the correct Czech list again for another week Deliveries were recorded and compared with the first week.
