Design
Clinical trials with two intervention groups (lecture and e-learning), in each group 39 nurses, randomized samples using random allocation sequence, random allocation with blocking to the two training groups. Parallel groups and two blind
Settings and conduct
According to the statistical calculations, In two groups, 78 nurses of surgical wards of Tabriz Educational Centers were selected through random sampling and blocking in two groups of lecture and electronic intervention (in each group 39 nurses). In the intervention group, the lecture method will be given four stages in the lecture method and in the e-learning group, the training will be given in four sessions with the multimedia educational software, the teaching materials of the two groups are the same.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Entry requirements: 1.Have at least 3 months of work experience. 2. Have at least a Bachelor's degree
Failure to enter the study: Participation in pain management training workshops in the last year
Intervention groups
In the lecture group, pain management training will be provided in four sessions with lecture method and in the e-learning group, pain management training will be provided in four sessions with multimedia software. The teaching materials are similar in two groups

Change in mean scores of knowledge and attitude and practice of nurses in relation to pain management

Nurses willing to participate in the research were selected through available sampling as a research sample and then the nurses who completed the pre-test questionnaire were randomly assigned to a random number table using six-point blocking using soft RAS computer software was assigned to two groups of an lecture group and the next electronic group. The blockade was performed by a non-participant in the sampling, and the type of intervention was written on paper and tagged in matte envelopes. From 1 to 39, the subjects were taught by lecturing and numbered 40 to 78 people by electronic means.

Description
First intervention group: In the lecture method, four one-hour sessions were arranged for each nurse with the coordination of the curriculum. The necessary training was provided by the researcher using a booklet based on reference sheets and books and nursing articles.Session 1: Definition of pain and physiology and types of pain, pain in specific groups, the difference between chronic pain and acute pain difference in elderly with youth - the effects of acute and chronic pain and the importance of effective pain control, side effects of non-control of pain-pain after surgery, Effective chemicals in the incidence or reduction of pain, factors that exacerbate or reduce pain. Second session: Evaluation and evaluation of pain, the importance of pain assessment, significant points in pain assessment, how to ensure the true pain of a patient-a variety of pain control drugs. Session 3: Drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, topical anesthetic drugs, and general principles of the use of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs and nursing care and complications fourth session: non-pharmacological methods of pain relief placebo and hypnosis, distraction or distraction, massage, relaxation, religious therapy (pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods to relieve).
