Study aim
Determination of the Effect of Rose Hydroalcoholic Extract on the Treatment of Chronic Idiopathic Constipation in Patients Referring to the Moftah Clinic in Yasuj
Design
1. The control group receives lactolose 20 cc twice a day 2. The test group receives the extract of the rose extract at a dose of 20 mg per kg body weight per day in divided doses
Settings and conduct
Patients referring to the internal clinic of shahid Mofattah Yasouj
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Adults with chronic constipation according to Rome 4 criteria with informed consent and no underlying disease such as hypothyroidism-diabetes-celiac lead-poisoning, no structural disease, no constipation treatment before the initial visit
Intervention groups
In this study, lactulose is compared as one of the standard treatments for constipation and hydroalcoholic extract of roses.
Main outcome variables
Based on the results of the study, if the extract of rose flower extract is effective in the treatment of chronic constipation in adults, it can be used to treat constipation.

Adults with chronic constipation according to Rome 4 criteria by obtaining informed consent no underlying condition like diabetes and thyroid, celiac, lead poisoning, the absence of structural disease, Non-constipation treatment before the first visit for inclusion (such as lactulose, etc.)

Description
People with chronic idiopathic constipation who have 2 or more grade according to Rome 4 criteria
Timepoint
All of the above groups meet weekly on a weekly basis: initial visit and diagnosis of days 7, 14, 21 and 28 after the initial visit
Method of measurement
Interview and examination of the number and consistency of fecal excretion in week

Description
Intervention group: Patients with chronic idiopathic constipation treated with hydroalcoholic extract of Roses (which was produced at the Yasuj Medical Science Research Station and prepared as a capsule and dosed with the desired dosage) at a dose of 10 milligrams per body weight twice a day which should be consumed for a month
