Protocol summary

Study aim
Considering the important role of nurses' knowledge and practice in preventing and controlling blood transfusion complications and the need to increase their knowledge and practice in the systematic hemovigilance system to achieve the above goal, as well as the inability of existing and traditional teaching methods in improving the skills The components of learning and effective performance; The researcher is to compare the effectiveness of these two educational methods with lecture method using active and interactive learning methods including conceptual map and feed-back learning.
Design
The first step is to select the samples that are performed in full and in the second stage, due to the possibility of contamination of the information, an inhospitable method will be used, so that each of the three treatment centers will be assigned to one group.
Settings and conduct
108 nurses are taking place in the hospitals of Kosar, Besat and Tohid Hospital in Sanandaj
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
-Have a graduate degree in nursing or higher. - Wish to participate in the study and complete the informed consent form.
Intervention groups
For the control group, lecture instruction was held for 4 hours in a Tohid Hospital for a 4-hour session. For conceptual mapping method, two consecutive two-hour sessions were conducted in Kosar Hospital and the other with a feedback-based approach with continuous education and monitoring questions for learning to achieve. Ensuring complete understanding of the subject in two sessions is carried out at Be'sat Hospital for two hours.

1. Provide effective teaching methods or methods 2. Safety of the patient 3. Improve the quality of caring for hemovigilance by promoting creativity and critical thinking skills

Description
The purpose of this study is to be able to memorize and teach the subjects taught about hemovigilance.
Timepoint
Before the intervention and 14 days later
Method of measurement
This ability is provided by a questionnaire of 32 questions( RBTKQ) is measured. In this tool, the correct answer belongs to the score one questions and the wrong answer to zero score. The minimum and maximum score is 0 to 32. In this tool, earning a score of zero and equal to 50% of the total score (score of 0-16) indicates weak knowledge, the score of 51% to 75% of the total score (score of 17-24) represents average knowledge and more than 75% (score of 25-32) Expresses good knowledge.

Description
Function: The purpose of this study is to properly evaluate the process of blood transfusion and its products during the three prior periods, during and after transfusion.

Method of measurement
Collecting performance information through the self-declaration checklist is carried out on 20 questions. Questions with the five Likert Options scale are never up to ever, with a score of zero to four. In this tool, the minimum and maximum points are zero to 80 and earn less points and equal to 75% poor score (0-60), average score 90-76% (61-72). More than 90% is considered good (73-80)
