Design
A clinical trial was conducted with two intervention groups, parallel groups, and randomized
Settings and conduct
In this clinical trial, eligible individuals were randomly assigned to multimedia education and telephone training. During the discharge, discussions were conducted with patients about the intervention, and at the end of the phone number received 3 demographic and disease characteristics questionnaires , Understanding of illness and hope was completed.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Diagnosis of myocardial infarction based on clinical symptoms and positive results of diagnostic tests . Age range 60- 30 years. Ability to use phone or mobile phone and messenger software.
Exclusion Criteria:
Mental and psychiatric disorders, heart failure, hearing and vision disorders, unwillingness to participate in the study
Intervention groups
Educational materials for the telephone group were telephone contacts with the patient at the first, third and sixth post-discharge period.
Educational materials for the multimedia tutoring group were delivered to the patient during the course (first, third and sixth) for each person on a private page via video, picture and text messages via the messenger.
