Objectives: The effect of platelets rich plasma in reducing the facial wrinkles in before-after comparison.
Inclusion and exclusion criteria: All volunteer individuals for wrinkle rejuvenating with scale II and III of Glogour that did not use any local and systemic skin rejuvenation therapies six months before enter to study.
Participants: Participants are including 30 elderly patients who refer to Ghaem Hospital Mashhad dermatologists in 2012 year.
Interventions: The patient blood, 20 to 60 cc get, two times in a three-month interval times. After preparation of platelet concentrates in sterile conditions, physician is injected 1 cc to upper face, 1 cc in cheeks and 1 cc in lower zone of face. This is repeated twice with three-month interval time.
Outcomes: Before and after the starting treatment, digital photography take till wrinkle improvement in patients evaluate using both objective and subjective method. Improvement rate in subjective method is based on self individual evaluation and in objective method is based on visit of before and after treatment digital photography by medicine and blinded dermatologist physicians. Evaluation of digital photography is performed before and after treatment.

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and breast feeding,Skin cancer; cancer of any part of the body and chemotherapy; Steroid therapyr; skin diseases with face involvement like porphyriar; patients with coagulation disorders; people who are taking aspirin with any other anticoagulant medicines; dialysis patients and patients with thrombocytopenia; smokers; alcoholics; malnourished individuals; people with the genetic skin problems; Advanced lesions due to sun exposure; advanced hyperpigmentation; capillary lesions on the nose and cheeks; patients who used vitamin A derivative; patients who don’t refer on follow up periods
