The Effect of Interactive Education of discharge planning by Social Network on the Quality of Life in burn Patients
Design
A randomized clinical trial with two groups: intervention and control, parallel grouping, blinded for patients and analyzers.
Settings and conduct
This research will be carried out in the burn center of Imam Reza Hospital.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion: Age between 10 - 65 years old. / Burn percentages between 5% to 60% . / Patient or his main caregiver has reading and writing abilities. / Patient or his main caregiver has access to the internet and social networks.
Exclusion: Patient has hearing difficulties (deaf despite the use of auxiliary equipment) and/or visual (blind or inability to read the newspaper at 30 centimeters distance). / Has history of using illegal drugs or drug abuse since past 6 months. / Has history of mental and psychological disorders.
Intervention groups
Patients of intervention group will receive their post - discharge education within one month through messengers (Soroush / Bale).
Controls will receive post - discharge contents by pamphlet in accordance with the routine practice.

Each participant, will complete the quality of life questionnaire at the beginning, then one and two months after the start of study.

Randomization description
The recommended random sequence is used with the spss software, and the random sequence is prepared for 60 people in two groups, written on small cards and stored in the packet. Then, the purpose of the study is explained for each patient who has inclusion criteria. If he agreed to participate and signed the informed consent form, can pick an envelope, open it and, based on the contents of that envelope, he enters into the intervention or control group.

Description
Intervention: Social network is used for post-discharge education of burn patients in the intervention group. During an interactive approach, each time a patient faces a problem after discharge, he or she can communicate with a group of specialists including surgeons, nutritionists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nurses through social networks to get necessary guidance.
