Study aim
A study on the safety of amniotic membrane uterine transplantation in patients with Asherman's syndrome
Design
The clinical Trial study in Phase 1, without Blinding,
Settings and conduct
Ten sick patients from patients referred to Sarem Hospital. Asherman's patients with intrauterine adhesions and endometrial atrophy with endometrial thickness less than 5 mm who is associated with menstruation and infertility. After selecting patients and performing HIV tests, hepatitis B and C, syphilis, history of the disease, examination, endometrial thickness, Menstrual blood volume, intrauterine adhesions, and neo-angiogenesis before using amniotic membrane and then after it. In all patients, the continued use of hormone is also used.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Aeserman patients with intrauterine adhesions and endometrial atrophy with an endometrial thickness of less than 5 mm
Intervention groups
Patients with Asherman's Syndrome referred to Sarem Women's Hospital

Menstrual blood volume, endometrial thickness

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria:
Asherman's patients with intrauterine adhesions and endometrial atrophy endometrial thickness of less than 5 mm normal functioning of the heart kidneys and lungs wish to complete the study
Exclusion criteria:
Unwilling to get pregnant Genital tract inflammation Cardiovascular diseases Hormonal Problems Contraceptive Indication of Relative Hormone Therapy Gastrointestinal diseases prohibits estrogen use liver or chronic hepatic failure Immune system diseases such as lupus, ... Past and present cancer Positive serologic evidence of previous or current hepatitis B and C infection as well as HIV and HTLV

Description
Patients with Asherman syndrome After Hysteroscopy and adhesions release, the amniotic membrane is placed on the uterine balloon stent and inserted into the uterus. Then 5cc normal saline is injected into the balloon.
