Design
A single case study, with 3 participants was selected as accessible and purposeful. Each participant is considered as the control group of the previous participant.
Settings and conduct
The design is a single sample and multiple baselines. Only Nephrol attended training sessions for three weeks (3 sessions per week), and the other two were in baseline position to control threatening internal validity variables, while training sessions for the first person continued, for The nephrotome was performed while the third person was still in control and received no intervention. At the end, all three individuals participated in the exercise. The program was run individually for eight weeks (three sessions per week) and at each of the mentioned stages the researcher recorded changes in the subjects' performance in each of the sessions in the Conners test. One month after the third subject's exercise was completed, a follow-up assessment was performed for all three participants and repeated twice a week thereafter.

Inclusion criteria: Visual acuity of 20/70 and 20/200 and age range of four to seven years.

Description
The protocol of the Cognitive Exercise Training Session Program was selected based on the developmental and reinforcement of perceptual-motor skills in children and implemented and practiced by the researcher. Exercises include visual perception, spatial perception, shape perception, auditory perception, balance and balance, kinematic-tactile perception, body awareness and role function, eye and hand, eye and foot coordination, subtle motor actions. These exercises were based on a single multiple baseline sample design on three children aged 4 to 7 years. They were practicing under the coach for 8 weeks each and 3 sessions per week. The first child had three baseline infants and then received the intervention (8 weeks). The second child received the intervention for 5 weeks at baseline and then the intervention for the third child for 7 weeks at baseline and thereafter. After completion of the single sample design, 2 follow-up tests were taken from three children.
