Determining the Impact of Liaison Nursing on Outcome of Patients Transferred from Emergency Department to Other Sections
Design
The study is a two-group clinical trial before and after.The control group will receive 30 patients and the intervention group will receive 30 patients and 60 patients in total.It should be explained that in the control group, due to adequate access and random allocation, and to avoid the possibility of confounding factors, 30 patients will be enrolled in the study who will receive only routine care.It will be measured by controlling vital signs.
Settings and conduct
The process of transferring the patient to the emergency department of Baqiyatallah Hospital is done by entering the patient
, a liaison nurse who has 8 years of work experience in the patient's bedside in special wards, emergency and general (main researcher) was determined.In the end, both groups were compared.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
1. All patients who have the necessary cooperation to intervene and evaluate.
2. Have the admission to the ward under consideration and the candidate to be transferred to the other ward.
3. The patient is alert and aware of time, place and person.
4. Ability to understand and understand content in Persian
5. All patients aged 18-85 years.
6. No history of known neuropsychiatric illness
7. The patient has spontaneous breathing and is not intubated or ventilated.
Intervention groups
Intervention Nurse Intervention In this study, informed consent is first completed by explaining to the patient about the research and if the patient wishes to participate in the study. From the beginning of the hospital admission and admission to the ward, the candidate begins transferring to other departments by introducing the nurse to the patient

Since few studies have been done in this area in Iran so far and no studies have been conducted in Iran regarding the presence of a liaison nurse in the emergency department and its role in patient outcomes. By using liaison nurse services in the emergency department, its role is to improve the performance indicators of the emergency department such as: length of stay in the emergency department, improvement and stabilization of vital signs, and patient satisfaction, reducing anxiety in patients. To examine. To take effective steps to reduce patient length of stay, increase patient satisfaction, reduce patient anxiety, improve and stabilize patients' vital symptoms, and ultimately improve the quality of care for these patients.

Description
Intervention group: Interventional nurse begins in the intervention group of 30 and includes training and accompanying them on the conditions of the ward (portable), ward nurses and how to access them, ward facilities, differences in ward conditions and facilities. The Emergency Department and the reasons for moving to the ward will provide patients and their companions with information as well as face-to-face and face-to-face education on the type of diet, the importance, amount and how to work in and out of bed. The bed receives adaptation to the new conditions and the new ward, and the patient is nurse-assisted and nurse assisted with care.
