The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of computer-based attention training in children with attention deficit hyperactive disorder. A total of 18 children with attention deficit hyperactive disorder were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling from Tehran’s psychiatry and occupational therapy clinics. Children in experiment group received ten 1-hour sessions computerized attention training while the control waiting list group did not receive any treatment. Before and after the training, all participants were assessed with continuous performance test and parent form of Conner’s rating scale.
