Study aim
Determining the effectiveness of topical hydrocortisone in the treatment of anal fissures in patients undergoing drug treatment referred to the clinic of Fatemi Hospital and Kosar Clinic of Ardabil Medical Sciences
Design
The sample size will be 200 people, which will be in two parallel groups of 100 people. There is no randomization in the study. Blindness has not been observed. The study is in the third phase of clinical trial.
Settings and conduct
The study will be conducted in the clinic of Fatemi Hospital and Kosar Clinic of Ardabil Medical Sciences. 200 patients will be included in the study. In the first group, routine treatment and in the second group, in addition to routine treatment, hydrocortisone ointment will be prescribed. Correction and randomization in the study have not been observed.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Including criteria: Patients with chronic anal fissures   Age 15 to 40 years Excluding criteria: • Addiction to any drug • History of pre-anal surgery • Existence of simultaneous hemorrhoids • Acute fissures • Any Fisher's symptoms in diseases such as Crohn's or tuberculosis or malignancy • People with Crohn's disease • People with ulcerative colitis • Patients with hypothyroidism
Intervention groups
Intervention Group 1: This group includes 100 patients with chronic Fisher's disease. For 3 months, these patients are treated with Diltiazem 2.% pea gel about half a gram every 8 hours, psyllium powder is dissolved in a glass of water and consumed every morning. Lactulose 5 cc syrup every 8 hours. 1% topical hydrocortisone topical ointment made by Abu Reihan Company will consume the size of a pea weighing approximately 0.35 grams every 8 hours. The second intervention group is exactly the same as the first intervention group, except that it will not be prescribed hydrocortisone.

Description
Intervention Group 1:This group includes 100 patients with chronic Fisher's disease.
