A clinical trial study among emergency medical personnel
Settings and conduct
The present study is a clinical trial study in which the impact of modified team-based learning on the knowledge and skills of Urmia Emergency Medical Personnel in trauma management will be investigated.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Having the consent to participate in the study; minimum education in medical diploma and related to medical emergency; no track record of attending team-based workshops; employed in the field of operation and having an employment warrant, formal, contractual, design, contractual and corporate.
Intervention groups
In this clinical trial study, 96 subjects will be selected by stratified random sampling and then randomly divided into control and intervention groups (each group 48). The trauma exposure intervention group will then be given a modified team-based learning approach and in the control group there will be no intervention.

Description
In this clinical trial study, 96 subjects will be selected by stratified random sampling and then randomly divided into control and intervention groups (each group 48). The intervention will be conducted in three sessions, each one day, each session lasting 45-60 minutes, then the intervention group will receive trauma exposure training using a modified team-based learning method.
