Determining the Effect of Evidence Based Nursing Education on Clinical Decision Making of Hemodialysis Nurses Working in Urmia Teaching Hospitals, 2019-2020.
Design
This clinical trial has two intervention and control groups randomly divided into intervention and control groups, each group consisting of 30 persons.
Settings and conduct
The evidence-based approach is taught to the intervention group in small groups during the meeting; no training is given to the control group. The intervention group will be taught theoretically and practically in six two-hour sessions in computer and internet-based classes at two Imam Khomeini and Taleghani hospitals
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria:
1- Having the consent to participate in the study
2- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
3- Having at least 3 months of experience in hemodialysis
4. No record of attending evidence-based training workshops
Exclusion criteria:
1- Unwillingness to participate in the study
2- Absence of more than two hours in evidence-based training classes
Intervention groups
Intervention group will receive theoretical and practical training in six two-hour sessions in computer and internet-based classes at two Imam Khomeini and Taleghani hospitals.To this end, a training scenario will be developed and presented as problem solving.Nursing resource searching, identifying the right sources, and evaluating evidence, the ability to search between print and electronic sources, selecting and accurately evaluating sources, and applying the results of the research will be properly trained.
The control group will not be given training.

Initially all possible combinations of AABB will be listed And in each case, a unique code is assigned. Then, based on the sample size (n = 60), 10 blocks will be selected by lot and according to them individuals will be assigned to two groups. The next person will be randomly selected and replaced.

Description
Intervention group: Intervention group will be taught theoretically and practically in six two-hour sessions in computer and internet classes in two hospitals of Imam Khomeini and Taleghani. Also, to increase the quality of education, the intervention group will be divided into 5 groups of 6 each Explore evidence-based principles through interactive dialogue. To this end, a training scenario will be developed and presented as problem solving. Searching for nursing resources, identifying the right sources, and evaluating evidence, the ability to search for a variety of print and electronic sources, selecting and accurately evaluating sources, will be trained in applying research results correctly.
