This survey aimed to assess therapeutic effect of bupropion on Erectile Dysfunction. Design of this survey was a single arm before and after study. 50 people in accordance with inclusion criteria for entry were selected. Subjects were assessed via two questionnaires; one about demographic information and the other about Erectile Dysfunction. people suffering from Erectile Dysfunction were treated with 100mg bupropion. Treatment was continued for 6 weeks. At the end of treatment the erectile dysfunction questionnaire were filled again and patients’ response to treatment were evaluated.
