Compare effectiveness cooperative learning training and academic self regulation training on academic buoyancy, goal orientation, academic self efficacy and critical thinking amonge secondary school students in the Ahvaz city
this present research aimed to compare effectiveness of cooperative learning training and academic self regulation training on academic vitality and goal orientation among secondary school students in the Ahvaz city.
Design
With a control group and two intervention groups, a sample size of 45 people, a random number table was used for randomization.
Settings and conduct
The meeting place was the meeting hall of Ahvaz Education Department. The procedure was pre-test, interventions, post-test and two-month follow-up. cooperative learning and academic self-regulation training for two experimental groups 1 and 2 included 8 sessions and one session per week.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
satisfaction to participate (informed consent), Having low levels of academic vitality, goal orientation, academic self efficacy and critical thinking, volunteering for non-drug treatment
Intervention groups
cooperative learning training based on Jig Sao method (Ernson, 1978) in 8 sessions of 60 minutes and two sessions per week on experimental group 1 and the intervention of academic self-regulatory education in the style of Zimmerman and Pons (1988) in 8 sessions of 90 minutes and 1 One weekly session was performed on experimental group 2 and the control group did not receive any intervention.

• How to construct a random sequence: First, a list of 45 selected students with low levels of academic buoyancy, goal orientation, academic self efficacy and critical thinking was prepared and then by lottery in three groups of 15, experiments 1, 2 and control were assigned.
• Explanation of concealment: At the beginning of the randomization, none of the participants knew in which group they were assigned; However, they were informed at the beginning of the intervention.
