Design
Clinical trial with control group, with parallel groups, without blinding, on 216 women, cluster randomization
Settings and conduct
In this study, 216 women living in Genaveh who have ability to write and read are included using cluster randomization from 5 locals. Our intervention is 6 weeks training on waste recycling. The control group behaves according to the normal routine. There is no blinding.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women living in Genaveh, Enough literacy to answer questions. Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study
Intervention groups
The intervention group includes 6 weeks of in-house training on waste. The control group behaves as usual and no additional training is provided.
Main outcome variables
Awareness score, score of structures related to source recycling, average dry waste weight and rate of origin recycling behavior

Randomization description
From Genaveh locals, two locals are randomly selected, so that one local is randomly selected as the intervention group and one local as the control group. Since each local consists of several blocks, we randomly select one block in each neighborhood; If the sample size of this block is not covered, we select another block from the other unselected blocks to complete the sample size for each group. Upon entering the selected block from the main street overlooking the block, from the first passage on the right, the first residential building is selected as the first sample and information is collected. By stating the goals of the project and attracting the participation of women in the household, the invited person will be invited to cooperate according to whether the household is in the local of the control group or the intervention group. The sample size for this stage is estimated to be 108 people for each group.

Description
Intervention group: 108 Genaveh women who receive interventions related to waste recycling in person at the door. Each time 30 minutes of face-to-face training is provided and each time the previous learning is questioned and the relevant questionnaires are filled. The interventions are in order to increase awareness and change the behavior related to waste recycling. .
