Evaluation of the effect of duck egg yolk on sperm production
Design
The study included 30 men, each of whom was given a duck egg yolk within 70 days and their sperm volume and motility were assessed after and before the intervention.
Settings and conduct
The study will be performed daily for 70 days in the IVF ward of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ahvaz.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Men with oligospermia and completely infertile, lack of children
Intervention groups
Affected men are given a boiled duck yolk daily for 70 days and will undergo a spermogram before and after the intervention.
Main outcome variables
In this study, sperm quality in men under study will be evaluated before and after the intervention. Any changes in this parameter will be recorded and reported.

Description
In this study, we investigated the therapeutic effect of duck yolk on the problem of oligospermia in infertile men. Thirty men take part in the study, which is given one boiled egg yolk daily for 70 days. And before and after the study, their sperm status is analyzed using the spermogram method.
