Study aim
Educational intervention based on the source of control and coping styles of Andler and Parker and determining its effect on the resilience of nurses during corona outbreaks
Design
Among the hospitals of affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran city, two hospitals were selected using a dice. To promote the intervention fidelity and reduce the between-group contamination. one of the hospitals will be selected randomly as the control group and the other as the intervention group. Then, 70 nurses, who have the inclusion criteria of the study, will be enrolled from each hospital by systematic random sampling method .There is no blinding.
Settings and conduct
After previous coordination of the Nursing unit of Deputy of Treatment of Iran University of Medical Sciences and introducing the researcher to the Nursing Management Department of the hospitals affiliated , sampling and educational intervention on nurses for the experimental group at the location of the center will be done. Data are collected using the questionnaires of this study in both intervention and control groups, before the , immediately, 1 , 3 ,6 months after the intervention . Then data are analyzed in SPSS software version 24.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: active care for at least 6 months in the admission wards of patients with coronary artery, having a bachelor's degree or higher Exclusion criteria: history of physical and mental illness, absence of more than one session
Intervention groups
8 training sessions are considered for the experimental group, but for the control group, a two-hour training session will be performed after the end of the course.
Main outcome variables
Outcome of the study: Comparison of the mean score of Connor and Davidson resilience questionnaire in the experimental and control groups at the time before and after the study

Description
First, the questionnaires were completed in two groups and then an appropriate intervention with the observed weaknesses, in the form of integrated training of various coping strategies with Andler and Parker and control source theory for the experimental group in several sessions through lectures, group discussions, questions and Answers and exercises are provided. Then, the data are entered immediately, 6, 3, 1 month after the intervention in SPSS software version 24 and are analyzed based on the results of pre-test data analysis, and the effectiveness of training in the experimental group is evaluated and also compared with the control group.
