The effect of "virtual roundtable" on self-efficacy and clinical competence of midwifery students
Design
Clinical trial with control group, with parallel groups, randomized allocation, on 64 midwifery students,
Settings and conduct
The research site is Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Isfahan and only students will be blind. The intervention group will use a virtual clinical round and the control group will use the usual method for in-clinic training. Before and after training in both groups, self-efficacy and clinical competence will be assessed by a questionnaire.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Having conscious satisfaction, physical and mental ability to participate in the study and having an Android mobile phone
Intervention groups
Students are asked to collect items related to a case in groups of 5, including history, examination, diagnosis and treatment, and to examine it in a virtual and online classroom using the Skyroom. The student's strengths and weaknesses are also presented in writing or virtually by the presenter after the session.

Randomization description
Undergraduate students, after explaining the objectives of the research, will be placed in a test group and a control group based on the criteria for entering the simple random method. Students' self-efficacy and clinical competency will be assessed before and after the clinical education round. Immediately after the intervention, all participants will take a post-test.

Description
Intervention group: Students are asked to complete a complete and comprehensive case in that internship on the internship days related to natural and abnormal labor units at certain hours of the day, including a history, Examination, diagnosis and treatment measures are collected and examined in the virtual and online classroom using the relevant Skyroom n space. The student's strengths and weaknesses are presented to the presenting student in writing or virtually after the session. Students will complete self-efficacy and clinical competency questionnaires before and immediately after training.
