Comparison of the effectiveness of metacognitive therapy and Barlow meta-diagnosis in cognitive emotion regulation, experiential avoidance and reduction of clinical symptoms in the treatment of patients with anxiety disorder
Pervasive Anxiety Disorder According to the definition of the Fifth Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, anxiety and excessive worry about multiple events or activities most of the time over a period of at least six months. Cognitive processing in anxiety disorder is similar to what occurs in trait anxiety.
Design
Sample 45 people who are selected through available sampling and randomly divided into two experimental groups and one control group (15 people each). In this study, using the available sampling method based on random selection, individuals are divided into experimental and control groups, and after the necessary coordination with patients with generalized anxiety disorder, 15 people in the group had the necessary conditions to participate. In the first experiment, 15 people in the second experimental group and 15 people in the control group will be randomly selected and selected.

Intervention groups
Comparing the effectiveness of metacognitive therapy and Barlow's meta-diagnostic therapy for emotional cognitive regulation, empirical demonstration and clinical reduction in the treatment of patients with pervasive pervasive disease, quantitative and experimental is used.

Description
Generalized Anxiety Disorder In this study, Symptoms of Anxiety Disorders Using the Adult Version of the Anxiety Disorders Interview Program for DSM-5 (ADIS-5) Brown & Barlow, 2014), Adult Version of the Pediatric Anxiety Disorders Screening Questionnaire (SCARED) -A) Van Steinsel Weblogs, 2014); The Beck Anxiety Inventory (Beck, Epstein, Brown, & Steer, 1993), the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS; Metic & Clark, 1998), and the Comprehensive Anxiety Disorder Short Scale (Spitzer, Kronki, Williams, & Brand, 2006) are measured.
Timepoint
Anxiety questionnaires are collected from clients in the first week of treatment and in the following weeks every two weeks.

The independent variables in this study are Barlow metacognitive therapy and meta-diagnostic therapy and the dependent variables are emotion regulation, experimental avoidance and pervasive anxiety.
