This study examines the effect of routine care, palliative care and family satisfaction in hospitals for incurable cancer patients in Tehran Firoozgar and shohadaye tajrish hospitals.
This experimental study in 2014 in Tehran hospitals Firoozgar and SHOHADAYE TAJRISH on Family incurable cancer patients using sampling will be done . Patients were divided into interventional and control groups . the family satisfaction will be evaluated

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: families who have patients with the following conditions: age above 18 years old; having stage 4 cancer, prostate cancer, breast, digestive system and lungs are resistant to hormonal therapy and chemotherapy; prognosis life more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria: families who have patients with the following conditions: patients who died during the study and palliative care have received less than three months.
