This study aimed to determine the impact of nursing hand over with patient partnership on patient and nurse satisfaction of the partnership CCU amiralmomenin kordkuy hospital2015.The trial in CCU hospital Amiralmomenin Kordkuy Golestan University of Medical Sciences on patients and nurses for pre- and post-test will be done.12 nurses Working unit in the study After taking a pre-test, teaching of the theory and science on two consecutive days for 45 minutes and then three consecutive days at the bedside of the nursing hand over with patient partnership will be for one month intervention.
In the group of patients before Intervention satisfaction questionnaire will be completed by 38 patients randomly and On admission the patient and once in the first 24 hours during treatment for one month ,face to face training and educational pamphlets will be given by nurses. A questionnaire developed by the researchers is derived from the Maxon and Tidwel. Validity And reliability has been measured Questionnaire is done by statistics consultant spss16 with No Information about the pre-test and post-test analysis.

Description
Intervention for nurses: theoretical class nursing hand over with patient partnership For 45 minutes and Practical implementation end of training for nurses in two days, Followed by practical training on three consecutive days during Nursing hand over with researcher, Directory nursing hand over will be trained.
