(1) Objectives: This research was accomplished with the purpose of change cognitive ability function of attention via a program practice, and decided to emerge amount of effect an auditory & visual program practice to change of divided & selective attention and their reaction time.
(2) Design: This is a semi experimental study with pre & post test and control group.
(3) Setting and conduct: 64 drivers, with more than a car accident with the fault, randomly divided in two experimental and control groups. Than concentrated & diffused of their attention were tested with assistance of selective & divided attention and strop test. Members of experimental group participated in a program practice included enriching function of attention. One week after education, members of 2 groups tested again. As follow up after 2 weeks tests of attention and strop repeated again.
(4) Participants including major eligibility criteria: Entry criteria: male gender؛ age between 20 to 60؛ on at least 2 years driving experience؛ History of more than one fault accident due to distraction or little attention. Exclusion criteria: More than one offense of dangerous driving (passing through red lights؛ speeding and illegal overtaking؛ spiral driving؛ Driving at the time of substance abuse) ؛ opiate addiction؛ alcohol consumption؛ History of psychiatric illness and active treatment at the time of testing؛ any impairment of consciousness at the time of testing.
(5) Intervention: Curriculum with the adoption of the program (useful field of view) provided by the secular & Ball (1988), which includes visual exercise program about processing speed, selective attention and distributed visual attention was done. Of course in this research, training and distribution of auditory selective attention was also added to the program. Education and training were conducted by computer and a series of prepared photographs and cards, in five 45-minute sessions over three weeks.
(6) Main outcome measures variables: in this study, dependent variables included change in speed processing, selective & divided attention that measured with selective & divided attention and strop tests.

Description
The traditional UFOV (Useful field of view) assessment is a computer based visual test containing three subtests.
1. Processing speed: determines a person’s threshold for discriminating stimuli presented in central vision.
2. Divided attention: same as subtest 1 but with the addition of a concurrent peripheral target location task.
3. Selective attention: same as subtest 2 but with the addition of distracters.
The threshold scores are combined to produce an overall performance score.
