Investigating the effectiveness of psychological first aid electronic training on the attitude and empathy and communication skills of military nurses in accidents and disasters
improve the attitude, empathy and communication skills of military nurses so that they can intervene effectively in crisis situations and accidents and minimize the damage, especially in the psychological field.
Design
Experimental study of a clinical trial, two groups (test and control), two stages (pre-test and post-test)
Selection of samples in an easy way - random allocation by coin toss - parallel groups
Settings and conduct
4 1-hour sessions (one session per week) will be held in the Sky Room for the members of the test group
Before and after the meetings, pre- and post-tests will be taken from both groups
The workshop sessions will be available to the control group after the interventions
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria
1. Have a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
2. To work as a nurse in one of the departments of Aja hospitals located in Isfahan and Tehran.
3. He has not participated in preparation courses to deal with crisis situations before.
4. Have electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
Exit criteria
1. The nurse should be working in the psychiatric department.
2. The nurse's unwillingness to cooperate.
Intervention groups
4 1-hour sessions in the form of an electronic psychological first aid workshop in Sky Room and during a period of 4 weeks (every week a training session) will be held for the test group. No intervention will be done for the control group.

Intervention group: First, 1 face-to-face meeting for nurses to explain the work and research objectives, then 4 1-hour sessions of virtual psychological first aid training in Sky-room (audio and video with the help of videos, photos and teaching by the teacher and researcher), each session in a The week was held. The content of the sessions is localized and adapted to the Iranian culture from the main source of psychological first aid training approved by the World Health Organization.
