randomized clinical trial ,sample number 70.divided in 2 parallel group of 35 patient ,
Settings and conduct
this trial will be done at imam reza hospital. for patient who need angiography or angioplasty due to medical assessment and after acceptance by patient
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
entry criteria :patient who need an angiography or angioplasty
exit criteria: structural anomalies at this site ,refused by patient
Intervention groups
distal snuff box coronary angiography or angioplasty
