Determining the impact of the implementation of the consolidated discharge model on the satisfaction of the clients in the trauma emergency department of the Imam Hossein (AS) Medical Training Center in Tehran in 2023-2024.
Design
After selecting the participants of Imam Hossein Tehran Hospital, the objectives of the research will be explained to them first, and then the consent form and demographic information will be completed. The satisfaction questionnaire of clients in both intervention and control groups will be completed by the researcher at the time of discharge. At the same time, the research assistant will be unaware of the allocation of intervention and control groups.

Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Hospitalization due to trauma in the emergency department
Level 3, 4, and 5 triage that will be discharged from the emergency room.
Being literate in reading and writing
Absence of pain during training
Being aware of place and time
Having suitable physical and mental conditions for training
Intervention groups
Clients and their caregivers of the intervention group will be trained using the integrated discharge method (education from the arrival to the time of discharge to the patient and his family), in addition to receiving educational materials according to the department's routine, and the clients of the control group will receive the necessary training according to the department's routine. will receive and be discharged from the hospital.
