Determining the effect of training based on spiritual health on the job performance of employees of the health center of Galikash city
Design
The clinical trial has control and intervention groups, not blinded and randomized. which is done on 100 people.
Settings and conduct
After receiving the required permits, for the first stage of the research, valid and reliable questionnaires will be provided to all employees of the health center of Galikesh city. Based on the results of this stage, the review of the texts of reliable domestic and foreign sources as well as the opinion of experts on suitable educational content on spiritual health is prepared and in the next step, 100 employees who had lower job performance are selected and randomly There are two control and intervention groups. The scores obtained by these 100 people are considered as a pre-test, the intervention in the intervention group is implemented based on the designed content, and one month and three months after the educational intervention, a post-test is conducted simultaneously in both groups. and the information is analyzed.

- Attending educational workshops and studying educational content (for the intervention group)

This study will be carried out in two descriptive, analytical and intervention phases, in the descriptive, analytical and census phases, and in the intervention phase, 100 employees who were found to have lower job performance in the first phase, were selected randomly. Using a systematic method, they are placed in two groups, control and intervention, in such a way that each of these 100 people given a code from 1 to 100. Then we determine the position of the first person in the sample between numbers 1 to 9 by lottery method and determine the next people with a fixed distance of 2, which we obtained from dividing 100 by 50. In this way, two groups of 50 people are randomly assigned to the control group or There will be intervention.
