Comparision of the size of the upper anterior teeth periapical lesions between CHX %2 and NAOCL %5/25 by the radiography at 1 year after root canal therapy
The aim of this article is evaluating the effect of intra-canal irrigation solutions in healing process of periapical lesions. This clinical trial study will be done on 30 patients that are referred to the endodontic department of ahwaz dental faculty at 2012. Before root canal therapy, periapical digital radiographies have been prepared with PSP films and using parallel technique. Evaluation the size of periapical lesion should be done by measuring their maximum and minimum dimensions.Patients was be put under anesthesia and cleaning and shaping of canals. Irrigation solutions should be used by 5cc syringe,respected to randomized table:(Group1 with cholorhexidine 2%,group2 with sodium hypochlorite 5.25%,group3 with normal saline 0.9%). Filling would be completed by lateral compression method. Then patients should be followed up for evaluating of the healing process by measuring the size of the lesions.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria:the patient should be without any systemic problem;The tooth should be maxillary incisors;It has periapical lesion with 10-15 mm(in vertical and horizontal dimension);The lesion must be endodontic origin.
Exclusion criteria: Absence of patient at 1 year after treatment; pregnant women or in lactating stage; Persistence signs after treatment and requirement to apical surgery;Tooth was extracted;Tooth was traumatized.
