Aim of this study is survey effect of acupressure on pain of needling. Patients who referred to laboratory examination are selected in this study. Inclusion criteria includes age between 30-50 years old, fasting, needling in right arm. Exclusion criteria includes having diabetes, addiction, arteriovenous fistula, and having any barrier for placement the wrist band of acupressure. These patients randomly allocated in three groups (Routine,Test and Placebo). Patients in routine group will not receive any intervention. Patients in test group will receive acupressure in 9th spot of pulmonary meridian, between radius and scafoid bones, 3 minutes before needling by a wrist band. For patients in placebo group wrist band will be used reversely. Pain severity of patients related to needling will be measured with Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and compare in three groups.
