Investigating the effect of early exposure to lung radiography in pulmonary medical interns on the learning rate of lung diseases
Design
A non-randomized clinical trial with control and intervention groups, with parallel groups, without blinding; on 60 students
Settings and conduct
A one-day radiographic workshop in the radiology Department of Akbar Mashhad Hospital, for interns who entered the pediatric lung rotation.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
They are intern students of the general medicine who are entering the children's respiratory diseases course.
Intervention groups
There are students who pass a one-day workshop on lung radiology before entering the lung course. And then they enter the common educational routine ؛ And the control group are students who pass their course according to the common routine
Main outcome variables
The change in pre-test and post-test scores is the main outcome of the present study.
