This project has a control group and an experimental group
Settings and conduct
This study will be conducted in a single-blind manner at the health and wellness center of Mohaghegh Ardabili University
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
1. Not taking intra-articular injection drugs
2. Not taking oral and stimulant drugs for 3 months before entering the study
3. Not having a history of injury
4. Injury or surgery or postural abnormalities affecting the research process
5. No long-term history of taking drugs affecting the musculoskeletal system
6. Absence of addiction.
7. Not consuming alcoholic beverages
8. Has a normal sole
