Study aim
Investing the Effect of Interprofessional Delivery Program on the Quality of Safe Care of Nurses in the Field of Patient Handoff to the Intensive Ward in Selected Hospitals of Shahid Beheshti in 2023
Design
The clinical trial, before and after, taking into account a 10% drop in the sample size, the number of nurses will be 65 and a 20% drop in the number of nurses will be 70.
Settings and conduct
The special department of the selected hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, at first, the quality of safe care of nurses will be measured , the number of inter-departmental deliveries in the morning and evening shifts in the special departments will be recorded in equal proportions in the two hospitals, the researcher The delivery and delivery of the patient from the special ward to the operating room and vice versa will be recorded by the nurses and assistant nurses , the way the nurses are delivered will be checked and recorded with the checklist made by the researcher, and the non-observed cases will be used for training between The professional will be listed after approving the content of the program in a training workshop and after three months, the quality of safe care will be measured again and compared.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Nurses should have at least six months of work experience in the special department and one year of clinical experience Have received or delivered at least one patient in different shifts Willingness and full satisfaction of nurses to complete demographic information and participate in the study
Intervention groups
The way of interprofessional handover of nurses is examined before and after the intervention and it is checked whether the designed interprofessional handover training could affect the quality of safe care or not.

Description
Intervention : Implementation of the Interprofessional delivery program and its impact on the quality of safe nursing care. Having the list of patients' names, the researcher was present in the hospital in the relevant departments, and the nurses and assistant nurses recorded the delivery and pick-up of patients from the special department to the operating room and vice versa by using a Sony ICD-PX470 audio recorder. will be recorded and this process will continue until the sample is completed. With the checklist made by the researcher, the delivery method of the nurses will be checked and recorded, and the non-observed cases will be listed for interprofessional training.ention group, In the following, according to the need for interdepartmental delivery, the educational program was compiled and given to several supervisors and professors of the nursing school for the validity of the content to qualitatively check the validity of the content and after confirming the content in a training workshop and after three months, the quality of care Ayman will be re-weighed and compared.
