Comparison of the effect of E-learning (webinar) and gamification training based on the model of nursing "Promoting psychological security and empowerment" on the knowledge and attitude of nurses in the process of caring candidates for organ donation
Design
The study has a control group, with parallel groups, a single blind, Simple randomization on 45 participants.
Settings and conduct
The location of the study will be intensive care units of sabzevar and esfarayen. For the intervention groups, E-learning and gamification training will be done. The questionnaire will be presented to the participants before and immediately after the intervention.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: having at least one encounter with a brain-dead patient, not receiving previous training and interests.
Exclusion criteria: Nurses who have less than one month left in their plan period. They have the possibility of changing the workplace from the intensive care unit or transferring to another city.
Intervention groups
For the intervention group (E-learning; webinar), didactic files and two training sessions in the form of a pre-recorded video for two hours based on the dimensions of the model "Improving mental security and empowering nurses" will be presented on the website of SUMS.
For the intervention group (gamification training); First, didactic files based on the dimensions of the model "Improving mental security and empowering nurses" are presented and then the email address will be provided as a link to this group, which includes 6 scenarios and each scenario has 4 questions, at the end, if the participant has answered less than 70% of the questions correctly, warning of participate again will be appear and the participant must reach the limit of determined score. No intervention will be done for the control group.

Randomization description
Because nurses are supposed to be divided into three different groups, the webinar training group, the gamification training group, and the control group (without training), and the number of nurses employed in all three hospitals that also have the criteria for entering this study is not high, therefore, it is not possible to randomly divide nurses into three groups in every hospital. Interventions may influence each other. Therefore, by using simple randomization and drawing lots, each hospital will be assigned to check one of these three methods randomly.
