Study aim
Determining the impact of burn wound care training program in children using the Kirkpatrick model on the knowledge and performance of nurses working in Rasht accident and burn hospital in 1402
Design
A clinical trial that has two control and intervention groups. Study data using Spss software and descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, distribution and frequency tables) and parametric or non-parametric inference (independent t / Mann-Whitney U, one-way analysis of variance) / Kruskal Wallis) will be analyzed according to the normal distribution of data and multiple linear regression.
Settings and conduct
This study is conducted on 60 nurses of the province hospital, which are divided into two groups of 30 people. One group is the control group and the other group is the intervention group.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Willingness to participate in the study Bachelor degree or higher Failure to participate in the workshop training course on care of burn wounds in children At least six months of work experience in the burn department
Intervention groups
30 nurses on whom the intervention is carried out.
