The purpose of this randomized double-blind study was to determine the effect of educational intervention on improving employee perceptions of the health belief model (HBM) in Tehran oil refinery workers. A total of 90 people were enrolled. Intervention is training, group discussion, poster, pamphlet, storage space for 45 days. The primary outcome of the study is attitude of the participants about safety issues which are measured after 2 months.
