This study examined empowering 10-11-yeas-old primary school pupils in peer mediation.The participants were 122 forth- and fifth grade students from Mid-SES boys school. A quasi- experimantl design was used.The experimental group consisted of 122 students and the control group consisted of 153 students. Those in experimental group received conflict resolution training twice a week for eight weeks and peer mediation program implemented and abserved for three months. Five months after starting intervention, interpersonal conflicts between students have been investigated during a month.
