A Survey Of Long Term Result Of Endoscopic Sympathectomy For Hyperhidrosis for 40 patients that refer to Loghman hospital from 2008 until 2010.
Inclusion criteria: having only palmar hyperhidrosis and resistance to other treatments. Exclusion criteria: infectious and malignant diseases in thorax, lung and mediastinum and hyperhidrosis in other parts of body such as axillary and plantar region.
Surgical treatment: sympathectomy of T2-T3 is used for this problem. Although surgery is the most effective treatment but it is used
when other treatments are not effective. Now endoscopic surgery is better than open surgery. In this method time period of surgery and side effects are less than other technics. In this study patients that other types of treatments were ineffective went under sympathectomy of T2-T3-T4, and the results of treatment were study with hexa desimal and CMYK. subjective patients’ satisfaction after surgery had been documented. Type of study was before-after clinical trial.
