The objective of this randomized controlled trial is to explore the effectiveness of peer group education on knowledge, attitude and choice of delivery mode among nulliparous women in Boukan's health centers from February to August,2014. Total sample of 285 nulliparous, singleton women with gestational age between 24- 32weeks, will be recruited through convenience sampling. Using a computer generated sequence, the eligible cases will be randomly allocated into three groups: two intervention groups (1: receive researcher training, 2: receive both researcher training and experience of peer group) and 3: one control group (receive only routine prenatal care). researcher made, Awareness and Attitude Toward Delivery Questionnaire will be used for data collection. Pre and post training assessment will be done and Difference between the mean scores of groups will be analyzed using the statistical tests.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ability of writing in Persian language؛ age range of 18- 35 years؛ singleton pregnancy؛ nulliparous status؛ gestational age of 24 to 32 weeks and no indication of cesarean. Exclusion criteria: no participation in any training sessions and condition added during the pregnancy require cesarean section.
