The research is a clinical in hospitals related to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The nurses have Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research, Graduate with a bachelor, degree in nursing, having at least 2 years of experience working in critical care unit, Aged 25 to 50 years
Computer and Internet access, Web familiarity and searching, Lack of trained in the use of tools for delirium and Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in research divided 2 groups (training workshop and continues medical education). Then they are taught about delirium and CAM-ICU tool and research assess use of tool in the critical care unit.
