Aim: To investigate the effect of mentorship program on clinical competency in operating room students. Method: The current study was a clinical trial design which will carry out among students in Kashan university of medical sciences in 2015. 60 operating room students will are in two group to 30 samples .In the intervention group, training will do by mentorship program for two months and four days in a week . In the control group,routine training will do.Both two groups will complete clinical competency questionnaire before and two months intervention. The two groups are compared.
