The study of the impact of life skills based health education on knowledge, attitude and health Promotion behavior of 12-14 years old girls on Tehran city in 1392
This was an experimental study which was conducted to determine The impact of life skills based health education on knowledge, attitude and health promotion behavior girls.Inclusion criteria were Female students are the age group 14-12 years. Exclusion criteria were avoidance to participate fully in classes . In this experimental study, through random sampling, 80 female high schools divided in to two groups of experimental (40 students) and control (40 students).Data collected using a self administered Questionnaire. Intervention group training sessions over 4 weeks (a week, each session lasting 120 minutes) With a focus on life skills and participatory teaching methods will be provided. The content of training sessions for both groups of students will be provided through pamphlets. Primary outcomes included Knowledge, attitudes and health promoting behavior measured before,at base and 2 months after the study.
