Comparing effect of implementing mentorship program By higher degree students and exprienced nurses on effective clinical learning and clinical self efficacy in nursing students.
The study is a randomized clinical trial to compare the effects of training Mentorship by older students and nurses on knowledge and clinical skills and clinical efficacy will be performed. Also in our group will have three sections and each section, all taught by Mentor, coach and student years in the above two parallel questionnaire both before and after data exchange is to learn the clinical effectiveness is measured. The (scale) during their clinical training effectiveness of each section will be completed by faculty and student assessment. self-efficacy scale in clinical nursing for students created by the doctor Chraghyan and colleagues in Iran and has proved its validity and reliability in their study, will be used.Mentors and all students in higher participation in the briefing and during the work and materials are being taught.
