This research has been conducted to evaluate the comparison of stretching with aerobic& aerobics exercise on fatigue levels in Multiple Sclerosis patients in randomized, double blind design . this research involving 80 patients Selected with no probability convenience sampling according to specific criteria(Age range was between 45-20 years,The disease by medical experts and Results of diagnostic tests including MRI was confirmed, at least had the literacy, Ability to understand conversation in Farsi, severe stage of disease were not, about one year from onset disease was last (the opportunity to cope with disease).patients haven't Any underlying disease such as Orthopedic problems, heart disease,The scale of severity of disability (Expanded Disability Status Scale) was between 5/5-0 ). Exclusion criteria : those who did not exercise them regularly and if for any reason before the acute phase of illness, and people can not continue exercise, The data gathering tools were questionnaire includes demographic variables, disease data & fatigue severity scales (FSS). Exercise was done for 18 sections. After exercise session's period they completed questionnaire (level of fatigue) again. There are significant difference between two intervention groups in pretest.

Exclusion criteria :those who age was less than 20 years and have over 45 years;patients that have diseases expect of MS, thosethat can not read and write and speak the Persian language; less than 1 year of onsetdisease is past; their disability severity scale is not between0- 5/5; those who did not exercise them regularly and if for any reason before the acute phase of illness; and people can not continue exercise
