Evaluation the effect of GnRH agonist and antagonist and Gonadotropin on Level of serum prolactin in sterile women undertaking stimulation of ovulation
This study was done to evaluate the effects of infertility treatment (including agonist and antagonist of GnRH and gonadotropin) on serum level of prolactin in sterile women undertaking infertility treatment. 90 sterile women have been studied in three groups. Serum level of prolactin and other parameters were measured before treatment. Induction of ovulation was done using GnRH agonist in the first group, GnRH antagonist in the second group and Gonadotropin in the last group. Serum level of prolactin was measured 36 hours after beginning of induction therapy. Finally effects of induction therapy on increasing the sizes of ovum, ovulation and pregnancy occurrence and their association with types of drugs and levels of primary and secondary serum prolactin were evaluated.

injection of 0.5 cc buserilin for 15 days and then 0.25 cc until HCG injection (when follicie size became 18mm)
