The effect of an educational program based on BASNEF model on choosing contraceptive methods in women without using any contraceptive or natural methods who are referred to the Minoodasht health centers in 1391
The purpose of this Quasi-experimental study is to assess the effect of an educational program based on BASNEF model on choosing contraceptive methods in women.Married women who are in reproductive age with using none of the contraceptive methods or natural method will include to the study. The divorced or widow women will exclude form the study. 140 women who will be referred to the Minoodasht urban health centers will randomly assign in intervention or control group (each group contains 70 participants). First, the researcher will fill in the pretest questionnaire for each of the participants. After that the women in intervention group will participate in four sessions educational classes during one month and the education will follow with 2 other sessions in one and two month later. Their husbands will participate in one separate session. The control group will train using routine educations. At the end of the study the researcher will fill in the post-test questionnaire in two groups.

inclusion criteria: Iranian Muslim married women; being in reproductive age; without any diagnosed disease (without any contra indications of usage؛; without using any contraceptive methods or using natural method, unwillingness to pregnancy, and literacy.

Description
Then the educational class will be give in four class for women and one class for their husbandsin in intervention group .Then the following class are held up for invention group after 1 and 2 months later.Then the telebooks are distributed to two groups .After 3 month, the researcher will fill the posttest for two groups.
Instruction program theough the basis of BASNEF model are lecture ,focus group discusion ,question and answer , film , competition , practical training and poster.
