These hospitals have equal aspects for recruitment and have similar nursing performance. One hundred and twenty nurses who are working in Critical Care Units in these hospitals will be participated in this study by convenience sampling. N/A pneumonia. Intervention 1: Nurses' performance in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia will be evaluated before active intervention. Then posters containing prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia's recommendations will be installed over the wall for each bed and educational workshops and feedback about nurses' performance will be given. One week later nurses' performance in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia will be evaluated again. Intervention 2: Nurses' performance in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia will be evaluated before passive intervention. Then posters containing prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia's recommendations will be installed over the wall for each bed. One week later nurses' performance in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia will be evaluated again. Intervention 3: Nurses' performance in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia will be evaluated in control group. Without any intervention, just nurses' performance in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia will be evaluated one month later.
